Hèiris Group Holdings Inc. ( hereafter referred to as "The Company" ) has incorporated the following "Scout Policy" into the corporate governance structure to aim to improve the health of the overall entertainment industry while fulfilling social responsibilities and corporate ethics.

1. Appointment at first contact
The Company abides by the following items when giving booking offers or conducting scouting activities on the street ( mainly live concert venues ) or websites ( mainly official websites of artists, inquiry forms, and social media )

( A )
Booking offers and scouting activity contacts will only be made from "@heiris.co.jp" Company employee assigned email address and will not be sent from free personal emails such as "LINE," "KakaoTalk," or "Gmail," and such addresses will not be exchanged.

( B )
Contact through websites ( mainly social media ) will be made from "the Company account" with the "@heiris.co.jp" domain as in ( A ) above only for the initial contact. In addition, the representative's employee email address will only be listed "as only one of the reply address for the email" when contacted.

2. Closing at the first meeting
The Company shall abide by the following items when using the headquarter, branch offices in prefectures, or open space ( mainly café/café lounge/public conference rooms ) for conducting booking offers and scouting activities.

( C )
At the initial meeting, the representative will always show the name card and a picture ID "original copy of an official government ID" beforehand and explain about the booking offer and scouting activities at the headquarter ( 1-11-1 Marunouchi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo ), branch offices in prefectures, or at an open space such as a café within a "2km" vicinity.
Also, the cost of food and drinks will be fully covered by the Company, and the "transportation fee" also may be paid in some cases.

( D )
For minors who are under "20 years of age" at the time of the first meeting, the Company's representative director will always contact a guardian ( including guarding of the minor ) beforehand when giving booking offers or conducting scouting activities. Also, "the explanation will be given at the headquarter with the guardian and the Company's representative director present."

( E )
During the first meeting, there will "never" be any forced drinking, changing of clothing such as "costume fitting," or moving to another location for purposes such as "lessons."
Abiding by the above ( C ), if there is no specified time, the time will be set within the Company's business hours ( 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. ) in principle.

3. Contract
The Company abides by the following items regardless of whether the contract is accepted or rejected.

( F )
At the first meeting, the representative will "never" request signature and seal on the spot for "contracts" or "memorandum of understanding."
Contract negotiations will be notified beforehand in writing, and only the Company's representative director will be in charge after presenting the name card of the Company's legal counsel.

( G )
When giving booking offers or conducting scouting activities, there will "never" be any "direct handing of cash" without an invoice or receipt, and there will be no demands for money and goods ( mainly ticket sales quota/equipment fee/sales transaction fee ) or payments for performances.

( E )
When making a booking offer or conducting a scouting activity, the Company respects the will of the person in question and will allow sufficient time for consideration and grace. Furthermore, after an acceptance or rejection, the Company will always uphold the "Antimonopoly Law" ( Japan Fair Trade Commission: Act on Prohibition of Private Monopolization and Maintenance of Fair Trade ) and will "never" solicit forcibly.
