Hèiris Group Holdings Inc. ( hereafter referred to as "The Company" ) sets out the Compliance Policy below to serve social responsibilities, adhere to corporate ethics, and fulfill our corporate philosophy.

0. Definition
In the Enactment, "compliance" refers to abiding by laws and regulations as well as acting with the goals of laws and regulations,
"respecting social needs, social conventions, and social ethics."
In the Enactment, "laws and regulations" refer to laws and related regulations ( including public notice and notifications ).
They also refer to social rules, including regulations, articles of incorporation/self-regulation rules, various regulations/industry self-regulation,
and related notices that are explicitly put into text.

1. Responsibility for Stakeholders
The company recognizes that it has "five" responsibilities below for Stakeholders related to、the company.

( A ) Social
As a responsible member of society, it will adhere to laws and regulations. At the same time, it will respect social justice and basic human rights.
It will fully consider the safety and maintenance of the environment. It will independently and actively take action for it.
It recognizes that corporate development is impossible without social development. As a good corporate citizen, it actively engages in social contributions.
It will appropriately fulfill its taxation duties.

( B ) Clients
It will meet client needs by providing valuable products and services in all aspects of price, quality, safety, and environment.
It will fully consider the protection of personal information and customer information to acquire the satisfaction and trust of customers.
It will provide appropriate information regarding products and services to clients.
It will make fair transactions and always act from the standpoint of clients.

( C ) Employees
It will respect the diversity, characters, and individuality of employees.
It will provide a safe and sound working environment for employees and provide a great workplace with human resources development and usage promotion.

( D ) Business Partners
It will adhere to laws related to transactions such as the Antitrust Law/Subcontract Act, conduct fair/transparent/free competition,
and build equal business transactions to provide the best art possible.

( E ) Shareholders
The profit of shareholders will always be the priority to provide sufficient results.
It will pursue long-term and continuous increases in corporate values.

2. Corporate Ethics
It will adhere to laws and regulations, and respect fair and justifiable social norms. On the other hand, unreasonable practices will be revised.
No bribery will be provided, paid, requested, or accepted.
No excessive entertainment or gift-giving will be conducted or accepted.
All relations with anti-social forces, related persons, and related organizations will be blocked. It will not conduct any action that supports these activities.

3. Information Management
It will work to manage the information related to the company business situation and overall corporate activities in a timely and appropriate manner.
It will not conduct insider trading or behave in a way that raises suspicion.
It will develop an appropriate information security environment and work to manage documents and information appropriately.
It will adhere to laws that regulate the protection of personal information and strictly manage confidential information.

4. Health/Safety/Environment
It will value health, safety, and the environment and implement continuous and organized initiatives.
It will set specific goals regarding health, safety, and the environment and work to actualize these goals.

5. Basic Human Rights
It will not discriminate based on gender, age, area of origin, nationality, race, ethnicity, beliefs, religion, disease, or disability and respect basic human rights.
It will actualize a healthy work environment and not allow sexual harassment or power harassment.
