"Grammy Awards®", with four appearance's in the music world's highest authority awards show ( 2017-2020 ), the "A&R" team with their solid career in Japan and overseas, and the flagship label "Hènsemble", "Hèlphabet" or "Outart" provide one-stop support, from original production to manufacturing, sales, and management of copyrights, including original production; safe and highly returnable, regardless of the distribution network ( Major, Independent ) or release form ( Physical, Digital ).
We have contracts for our own distribution model.

Our directly managed production label "Hèlphabet" and "Hèlphabet Academy" ( Tokyo, Nagoya, Osaka ), which is positioned as a training institution, are a "minority elite" which establish an "admission and selection examination system" without conducting open recruitment in principle.
We mainly actively develop the "Rock Band, Dance and Vocal group, Singer, Singer‐songwriter, Voice actor" genre, and produce and manage each individual appropriately.
In addition, by working as lecturers at music colleges we continue to provide educational environments and other services outside the company with the aim of developing the creative industry and fostering younger generations.

We also follow up on advertising agency projects ( Music Video, St.Vision, ADV.Truck, Web/WebApp, Social media, etc. ) that efficiently promotes sales, as well as product development projects ( merchandising, etc. ), in-house launches, art, creative direction and design.
As a record company that can handle all the duties of a label, production office and other solutions because of its nature as a holding company, we have the industry's highest level environment and a shining artist field.

We expanded into two cities ( New York State's "Hènsemble New York" and California's "Hènsemble Los Angeles" International ) as a global flagship brand for North America with "Advanced Alternative Media", the largest music production company in the United States, as an agent.
As in Japan, we operate premium labels and top creators around the world in order to provide one-stop support for master production, sales, and home country management of each copyright, and to create "next-generation Grammy® artists."
In addition, the local branch office will become an agent for artists who wish to expand overseas for World Tours and change their bases for world tours.
Starting with recommendations, for a time, they'll also provide simultaneous interpretation and follow-up on public relations for contract negotiations, as well as assistance in other aspects of living infrastructure.

In Korea "K-pop", we directly collaborate with local productions and mainly produce dance and vocal groups ( focusing on newcomer discovery and training, music production, master production, video production, choreography, artwork, styling, visuals, direction, among others ).
We are fully involved, and after the debut, we keep "only the license", so there is a high degree of freedom in the contracts between the two companies.
We manage mainly in Japan and North America.

Since 2015, we have been actively promoting the import and export of character content, promotion and "Cool Japan" ( V-Rock, 2.5D, Streamer/Utaite ) in Japan, South Korea and the United States through things such as production work of North America's largest convention "Anime Expo®", and carrying out international exchange bearing the heart and culture of Japan.
We coordinate subcultures, which will be our hub for global expansion.

Among our donations to the foundation program of the United States membership organization "The Recording Academy®" ( formerly, National Academy of Recording Arts & Sciences ) and its brand "Grammy®" fund, there are various free workshops for local student musicians regardless of nationality, as well as outreach programs such as "Grammy® in the Schools" and "Grammy® Camp and Weekend" which train not only young artists but also engineers, managers, producers, and journalists, mainly in California, and provide continued second career support ( for people over 18, as a rule ) for those who want to get a job in the industry.

In addition, since we are in a position to share the curriculum and know-how of a production environment, by forming an alliance with the school partnership program of the same organization, we use the "A&R" development team and its training institution "Hèlphabet Academy" to develop and train new employees in Japan.
By building this into an international standard, we can give our trainees high-quality education.

Since 2017, we took over the community service "For Music People™" in the organization's fund "The Recording Academy MusiCares®", and mainly support "Mental Health & Addiction Recovery Services, Health Services, Human Services, COVID-19 Relief "Music On A Mission" and work with musicians around the world to carry out corporate and socially responsible activities such as funding, rehabilitation, service and welfare to this day.

We support small and medium-sized corporations ( labels, productions, live houses, inspectors, recordings/rehearsal studios, promoters, etc. ) as well as individual businesses ( unsigned/unaffiliated artists, musicians, directors, songwriters, creators, technicians, roadies, etc. ) through the non-profit general incorporated association "Hèiris Foundation" with a fund system.
Our company started a new aid project, the "Hèiris Foundation Program" Fund, on April 01, 2021.
Our Founder and CEO set it up as a representative director based on individual contributions.

Starting with its annual artist competition event, "Hèiris Foundation Prize" aims to foster young artists and provide them with financial support, and it has a "Scholarship Support System" for excellent and hard-working music students and researchers ( around 25 years old, as a rule ).
Especially during the COVID pandemic, we give priority to sponsoring charity events and actively holding sponsoring events to expand the scope to entertainment-related businesses and engineers.
While we're latecomers to it, we strive to become a source of relief of the entire industry.

Since the Second Founding Business Structural Reform implemented in June 2020, we have been working to strengthen our Corporate Governance system and supervision functions by thoroughly implementing internal controls, ensuring management transparency and soundness ( disclosure ), and establishing a Governance Committee as an optional advisory body.
In addition to establishing Compliance and Scouting Policies, and a Basic Policy on Antisocial Forces, which could be said to be the basis of corporate ethics, all executives and employees are aware of and educated about legal compliance, and we have also established a whistle-blowing system ( a hotline for whistle-blower protection systems ) in which lawyers from outside the company are notified. We also take measures to prevent internal law and ethics violations and misconduct with our own legal counsel.

In order to ensure the appropriateness of our business activities, we established an optional Internal Audit Office carrying out the functions of three statutory committees, monitor the contents of our business, and always maintain and improve our corporate governance system.
The executive compensation system is also within the scope of the Governance Committee's approval, which is reported by the Internal Audit Office, and is based on objectivity, transparency and rationality.
There are only three types of compensations in our system: "basic remuneration", "performance-based remuneration" and "bonus", which are a fixed amount paid every month.

To prepare for the risk of loss, a Risk Management Committee chaired by the representative director has been established, as well as management rules and responsible departments.
After business foundations, compliance and other factors are classified, progress status and tolerance/limits are appropriately fed back to identify, avoid and minimize damage as soon as possible, and take preventive measures immediately.

Through our business activities, we aim to contribute to and achieve the 17 goals and 169 targets of the Sustainable Development Goals ( SDGs ), which are described in the 2030 Agenda for Development, which was unanimously adopted at the United Nations US Headquarters Summit in September 2015, as a successor to the former "Millennium Development Goals" ( MDGs ) in September 2000.

Basing ourselves on the "Leave No One Behind" philosophy,
we regard this as an area of sustainability, and prioritize focused promotion of the "1.4.5.8.10" goal.
